On average, for five providers, the real rate was 88% of the stipulated tariff. “The value of the coefficient did not depend on the tariff plan,” explains IKS-Consulting, “that is, subscribers who connect at a speed of 256 Kbps and 2 Mbps, on average, receive about 220 Kbps and 1.8 Mbps.” The remaining 6-18% are mostly lost outside the network of the final provider.
