C ++ conference in April
Hello!
Today I would like to tell you at once about the two upcoming conferences. Both conferences are organized by C ++ communities: C ++ Russia in St. Petersburg and CoreHard Spring in Minsk.
C ++ Russia will be held April 19-21 in St. Petersburg.
This year the conference program is rich in interesting reports and experiments. I really hope that the participants will enjoy everything. The conference will feature Herb Sutter (via Skype), Andrei Alexandrescu, Jon Kalb, Daveed Vandevoorde, Jonathan Boccara, Mikhail Matrosov, Anton Polukhin, Yevgeny Zuev and other great speakers.
Perhaps the biggest news for me about C ++ Russia 2018 is that Andrei Alexandrescu will speak at it. As I wrote, Andrei is in the top 3 requests from participants. In 2006, the book by Andrey Modern C ++ defined my career five years ahead, so I myself have long wanted to see him among the participants. The report at the conference will not be specifically about C ++, but about algorithms and techniques to speed up the work of programs.

One of the experiments this year is a dinner with speakers: a social event, where you can buy a separate ticket to chat with speakers in a more informal setting and share a meal.
On April 7-8, the C ++ community CoreHard.by will host the 8th international two-day CoreHard Spring 2018 conference on the C ++ language and related “hardcore” technologies. Speakers from leading IT companies from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Germany and Holland will come together to share their experiences in development and testing. Reports on C ++ 11/14/17 and standardization, STL, Boost, assembly docking, C ++ for the web, game deve, code generation, static analysis, profiling, interception of functions under Windows and not only. The key speakers are members of the C ++ Standardization Committee - Anton Polukhin, Nicolai Josuttis (WG21 working group) and Wouter van Ooijen (SG14 working group). 15 speakers, 3 streams of reports, dedicated workshop day (April 8):
