New API React: Suspense (ru subtitles, from Dan's speech on JS Conf)

Dan Abramov talks about the "future" API - Suspense. In the course of the presentation, he describes two problems:

• performance problem of the user's device;
• the problem of its "connection" (speed and stability of the connection);

which allows to solve the new API.
