Interesting article about freelancing

"Remote Dream"
The beginning of the article foreshadowed an article about Western freelancing, but it was all about one paragraph. Personally, it seemed to me very interesting the opinion of freelancers, why in Russia freelancing is developing quite slowly. For our managers, a freelancer is still a wonderful beast, they do not know how to build remote relationships with their employees. And still the freelancer is a way to save on wages, and not on the current costs of providing jobs.
