The British newspaper The Times published an article telling about the atrocities of Leonid Kuvaev and the spam group organized by him, guilty of advertising Viagra and brokerage services.

The Russian programmer is looking for the FBI: living in the US, Leo was already a “bad guy,” or rather, “the leader of a world empire of spammers.” The British are unhappy with the recent wave of unsolicited emails, which, as is often the case, were used by ordinary users' computers infected with a virus.

The only thing that is still saving Kuvaeva from the FBI’s punishment is Russian justice, which is reluctant to make contact. It is quite possible to understand this justice: in the Russian legislation there is no clear regulation of spam issues - as, indeed, there is no activity on the Internet at all.
