The domain
gmail.pl , registered at the end of last year by the team of Polish poets "Grupa Mlodych Artystow i Literatow" (GMAiL), is ready to sue Google. The search giant insists on the illegality of using the gmail name on the Internet, because it repeats the title of its email service. The claimant is not talking about the redemption of the domain.
However, the defendants also declare that they do not intend to sell gmail.pl. “We did not buy this name in order to resell Google afterwards,” said
AFP Isabella Kravchik, the founder of the poetic organization. “We acquired the domain lawfully, with our own money, and we are not going to lose what we consider to be our property.” She added that she was surprised to find gmail.pl unoccupied. Using this circumstance, the GMAiL company was going to increase its popularity.
