Google disputes domain gmail.pl ownership
The domain gmail.pl , registered at the end of last year by the team of Polish poets "Grupa Mlodych Artystow i Literatow" (GMAiL), is ready to sue Google. The search giant insists on the illegality of using the gmail name on the Internet, because it repeats the title of its email service. The claimant is not talking about the redemption of the domain.
