The community in love with the movie will be "Russian imdb"

The Expert Group presented the ilovecinema.ru movie community , a project that was previously in the closed beta testing stage.



The new community is called upon, according to its creators, to unite the runetchikov, in love with movies. The site contains information about many movies (both about new products and “classics”), and users can rate them, leave a review, tag them, add news or trailers to a particular film, etc. In addition, users can write to the blog, “tied” their topic to the movie or actor. Thanks to these opportunities, according to the developers, visitors will be able to get the most complete picture of the films - based not on reviews by professional critics, but on feedback from “ordinary movie goers”.



There is no karma on ilovecinema, however , there are two types of information on the “page of accomplices” - ratings “like / dislike” and reputation, which consists of ratings of reviews, posts and user comments by other “accomplices”.

Producer of the project yagr Jaroslav Greshilov said that the resource is already gaining momentum: at the moment there are about 200 users who leave 15 reviews per day. Attendance of the resource is approaching 1000 unique visitors per day.



The project follows the “web-tradition”: for the time being it is in the beta stage, but it has big plans - in particular, to become “Russian imdb - only a companion”. According to Yaroslav, it will take several more months to debug and introduce new “chips”. In particular, it is planned to give users the opportunity to add movies, people and information on them (now this opportunity is somewhat curtailed), to develop a system of automatic recommendations on films based on the coincidence of tastes between the "accomplices", to make a personal tape into which it will be possible to collect streams on interesting films, people, genres, "accomplices", etc.
