State 2.0? Fresh podcast from Duma!
The following thought arose: why not use podcast technology to publish Duma meetings? And at the same time to connect to this voting mechanism.
Even if not all the meetings (some - secret, of course), but at least the most important for the country of the unclassified?
So that you can hear what the elects of the people are doing there: who pays the bill and who pays his bread, who is just a lobbyist, and who pays his homeland.
I think the community based on this resource will absorb quite active politically. Correctness will be achieved through the karmic system. Quite a lot of smart people will join the debate - feedback will arise.
I agree that such a community does not represent the interests of the whole people, however it is quite presentable to organize at least a basic feedback line.
