Report from the mini-conference. Using visual models in IT. Verified by experience
On November 1, a mini-conference “Using visual models in IT. A mini-conference was held at the Raiffeisenbank site. Verified by experience. "

Maxim TsepkovCUSTIS Visual models of corporate applications
When designing complex enterprise applications, it is effective to use models that describe the subject area and the application itself in accordance with the Domain Driven Design approach. At the same time, good visualization is an essential attribute of the model. In the presentation, we will exchange experience in building an application architecture using three main models: a domain model represented by a class diagram, a resource movement model, an accounting diagram, and a workflow model based on a state diagram. All this is complemented by a business process model based on the activity diagram (activity diagram) and combined by the Archimate enterprise architecture model, and complemented by a system metaphor when it comes up to be invented. The story will show examples of diagrams from real projects.
Natalia ZhelnovaSberbank, Technology Development Center, Central Office Transition from business process model to use cases
The transition from a business process model to use cases is associated with defining the boundaries of the process and the boundaries of IT systems that automate this process. As part of the presentation, you can see how to move from setting goals at the business level to a business process model, define its boundaries, and then move on to a use case model. In the process of decomposition of the business process into use cases, we will gradually clarify the requirements and change the process model where it is required.
Maxim Shalomovich, Denis EpishevLANIT Building a complete information system model in Sparx EA for custom software development
In the course of the report, we will talk about the experience of completing a project to develop a large automated system under the conditions of a parallel and sometimes overdue process of its analysis and design using CASE-tool Sparx Entrprise Architect. Consider the construction of the analytical and architectural repository in EA in the form of “want it turned out”, “wanted it did not work”, “did not want it turned out” and “and what is this?”; We will evaluate the applicability of the practices of conducting corporate repository to customized development.
