Results hackathon HR-hack

In October, we announced the HR-hack hackathon, dedicated, as you might guess from the name, to the creation of new and interesting technological solutions in the field of HR.



On November 13, the results were summed up, and we want to share them with you.

The topics in which decisions were taken were 9.

  1. Open Talent Economy;
  2. Monitoring the attitude to the brand of the employer;
  3. Digital Workplace;
  4. Collect feedback;
  5. Search for highly qualified personnel using the tools of Machine Learning;
  6. Employee self-development service;
  7. Solutions for creating a digital portrait of an employee;
  8. Services for onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
  9. Services for the construction of HR-reporting and analytics.



In total, until the end of registration, 113 applications were received on four of these topics.

That is, the most interesting for developers were:


From 113 applications for the hackathon final (November 10-11), 21 teams passed.

Match Skill, Line Pocket and Team Chemistry received an invitation to a closed acceleration program to develop their project, and the Path.me team received a certificate for the use of virtual capacity in the CRIC cloud for 100 thousand rubles.

From Alfa Bank


Frame Shift got the opportunity to study at the Alfa-Experience corporate university and the support of mentors.

From LEROY MERLIN


LEROY MERLIN proposed to the Smart Talent team a joint pilot project.

From Beeline, UNILEVER and Alfa-Bank


The prize is to work together with three companies, mentoring support and the companies' willingness to make a joint pilot with the KK team.
