In October, we
announced the HR-hack hackathon, dedicated, as you might guess from the name, to the creation of new and interesting technological solutions in the field of HR.

On November 13, the results were summed up, and we want to share them with you.
The topics in which decisions were taken were 9.

In total, until the end of registration, 113 applications were received on four of these topics.
That is, the most interesting for developers were:

From 113 applications for the hackathon final (November 10-11), 21 teams passed.
Open Talent Economy
- Checkground is an analytical service based on Machine Learning. Collects feedback on the candidate of employees, forms on the basis of a certificate, which then sends to the recruiter.
- Path.me - analyzes the career path and key skills of each employee of the company. Thanks to this, an employee can understand whether he has a chance to move to another position, as well as understand what skills need to be pumped for this.
- 5begemotikoff is a unified intellectual system of competence assessment of company employees.
- Air cells - automatically helps the employee to build his career path in the chosen specialty. Shows all the necessary for self-development and achievement of new heights advanced training courses, certificates and more.
- The Lucky Vipers , the future platform for finding candidates for positions based on Machine Learning, will be able to analyze people's experience and interests through text pages (summary, linkedin, networks, internal resources).
- Team Chemistry is a web service for building effective teams: selecting people with the right competencies, soft skills and interests.
- FINTECH RANEPA - the creation of a portal for staff members and those who have left their positions.
- SmarTalent is software containing a database of candidates and employees, integrated with social networks, HR sites, thematic forums and blogs. It helps to find experts to participate in projects both in the company and outside it.
- The CROC team (participated, but did not claim the prize fund) is an automated search and management system for contractors. Creating a project-oriented platform through which customers will be able to form and manage a project team, generate ratings and make payments.
- EnahnceYourCalm is an internal marketplace of projects / employees, offering recommendations on the participation of a specific employee in a project based on his skills. These data are collected by analyzing projects that the employee participated in. Works on SaaS.

Feedback collection
- Edstein - reveals counterproductive behavior of employees (the cause may be discontent, fatigue, desire to leave work, depression, negative communication with colleagues, clients), gives information and recommendations to the immediate supervisor about this. Sitting at work is too sad - and hello, the head in the know. Conclusion - do not forget to read something fun during business hours.
- Karman Line - multichannel collection of feedback on targeted groups of employees. HR selects groups of employees for the survey and the type of response: mandatory or optional, anonymous or public. HR receives a report with aggregated results from all channels.
- XFeedBack - collects feedback immediately after the "event" through a call to the robot employee phone.
- BigBadBird - will be able to recognize the speech of the participants of the event and collect key thoughts by keywords, after which they will be structured and sent by e-mail to the participants, which will serve as a reminder of the decisions made and a kind of transcript of the event
- QC collects feedback from candidates and helps to pass interviews, leads in steps to recruitment, collects documents for admission, analyzes candidate funnel, loyalty, refusals of candidates.
- Digital Sparta - the Weather in the Office service, which recognizes the emotions of employees, displays the mood of the team as weather on the screen in the office. Training neural networks to detect signs of depression.
- Qrity is an internal service that instantly collects feedback on any issue - printed documents, locations, questions, ideas, solutions. A simple tool for each employee to start collecting feedback. To get feedback on any issue, a code is generated that can be inserted into any electronic document. There is also a mobile application that allows you to give feedback at the moment it is needed.

Digital workplace
- Beerbusters - “single window” with integration into other information systems of the company. Interest is proposed to maintain through the introduction of elements of the game and achievements. Statistics can be analyzed to derive employee performance indicators.
- # Forward - the creation of a single web application and personal account of the employee to access the data on the accrual of payments, which are formed by the algorithm based on records stored in different systems. Generates, upon request of the employee, necessary references and reports.
Monitoring the attitude to the brand of the employer
- Beta - scoring a company brand based on certain sources from open access, creating a company rating.
- FrameShift.AI is a platform for in-depth analysis of feedback from company employees and their competitors. We know how to “digitize” reviews, turning them into data suitable for “analysis in Excel”.
