New survey features in 3CX WebMeeting

Our 3CX WebMeeting web and video conferencing system this week received a significant update regarding online surveys and participant polls. Let's tell about improvements which appeared in this demanded function.

Create and edit polls

• Breaking questions into pages (Paginate). Now you can choose whether to show one question on the page or to put all the questions on one page.
  
• The duration of the survey (Duration). If you wish, you can specify the duration of receiving responses. After this time, the reception of responses from users is terminated and the survey ends.
  

Active polls

• Tracking survey results. Now the creator of the survey can follow the responses of participants in real time. You see the answers of each participant to each question. Participants can also see the progress of their responses. This is very convenient - you can immediately see if there are any unanswered questions.
  
• Anonymous polls. During the survey all the answers of the participants are visible to the organizer. However, he can now anonymize the survey results. Anonymization is available only to the organizer so far; this feature will appear in the next release for participants.
  
• Automatically send replies. Previously, after entering the answer, participants had to click the button to send it. Now the member's responses are immediately automatically saved on the 3CX WebMeeting server.
  
• Polling timer There is a visual polling time tracking timer located at the top of the interface. Displays the time elapsed from the beginning of the survey, and the time until the completion of the survey.
  
• The survey is in the process of presentation. Added the ability to conduct a survey directly during the presentation. After the survey is completed, the organizer will be returned to the slide on which the survey began.
  

Poll results

• Schering results. After the survey is completed, the organizer can share the results with the participants. They will receive a sound notification and a pop-up window with the results.
  
• Save results to PDF. By default, only the survey organizer can save the results in a PDF file. However, if the organizer shared the survey results, any participant will be able to save the results in PDF.
  
• Print results. Both the organizer and participants can print out the survey results. Terms of access to printing are similar to saving to a PDF file.
  

Features of use

• Ad blockers. If you use browser ad blockers, errors will occur when generating PDF and printing poll results. Add a page from which you create PDF / print, in the white list of the blocker.
  
• Save results to the cloud. We do not save the results of surveys in the cloud 3CX WebMeeting, so as not to violate privacy and comply with the law. Results are available only for the current survey. Once the survey is completed and the results are processed, all data is permanently deleted.
