HR-hack - a joint hackathon from Alfa-Bank, Unilever, Leroy Merlin, CRIC and Beeline

A few days ago, having gathered friends and partners and talking on the topic of HR in modern IT, fintech and telecom, we decided to organize a joint hackathon on this topic.

HR - frankly, not the most favorite IT professionals spheres of life. And sometimes the most disliked. Therefore, we and our partners wanted to make a little difference. It will work out or not - time will tell, but for now we invite teams (and independent developers) that are good in web design, marketing and development to try to offer a solution to one of the topics:

  1. Open Talent Economy;
  2. Monitoring the attitude to the brand of the employer;
  3. Digital Workplace;
  4. Collect feedback.

Despite the fact that this is a HR-hakaton, nobody will hunt you on it (at least, they will try hard not to do this, if someone breaks, pretend that you are also HR). HR Tech is developing slowly, and now the industry has tasks that you can try to solve in the hackathon format.

But how it will happen.

The process

Before November 1, you need to have time to submit an application and describe the very idea with which you or your team goes to the hackathon. Following the review and evaluation of all applications, up to 20 teams will be formed, which will take part in the final (November 10-11).

The prize fund at this time - 500 000 rubles. Moreover, we and partners admit the fact of further support of the team that can offer a universal solution for the industry.

But not new ones. It can always turn out that you or your guys already had some work on the given topics, or even ready-made solutions. For such cases, we also have something - the opportunity to speak at a closed HR Tech Meeting (only apply in advance, please).

Topics of ready-made solutions are:

  1. Open Talent Economy;
  2. Monitoring the attitude to the brand of the employer;
  3. Digital Workplace;
  4. Collect feedback;
  5. Search for highly qualified personnel using the tools of Machine Learning;
  6. Employee self-development service;
  7. Solutions for creating a digital portrait of an employee;
  8. Services for onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
  9. Services for the construction of HR-reporting and analytics.

Well, the main thing - to apply (and read the rest of the details) can be here .

If you have always considered HR to be something boring and utterly conservative, slow and cumbersome, now you have the opportunity to suggest something that will change it.
