Employers and applicants find each other not only through the placement of vacancies and responses to them. Where more often they find each other by search and continue to correspond.
On My Circle, employers can find the necessary specialist
in the resume database , which currently has more than 80,000 applicants. Or in the recommended specialists, which are selected by our special algorithm for each posted job. Further, the employer can either contact the applicant directly, one of the ways that he indicated in his profile, or he can always write him a personal message directly on the service.
With this in mind, we try to make sure that applicants fill out their contact details to the maximum. Also, we are trying to make the correspondence system on “My Circle” comfortable and modern. And today we will tell about two small improvements that we made in this area in September.
So, last month we rolled out the following
update of the correspondence system :

- Gave the opportunity to work with message templates
- Added an icon that the person read your message
- Brought a brief professional information about the interlocutor
- Showed a fragment of the last message in the list of correspondence
In addition, we decided to give the opportunity to initiate correspondence not only from the employer, but also from the applicant. To do this, we now offer companies to show in their profile
contact persons of the company .

The contact person can be any curator of the company. Assign contact persons can only administrator through the office of the company, in the section "Curators". The curator selected by the contact person is marked in the office with a special icon.

Now the applicant, who has a question for the company as a whole or for its specific job posting, can ask its contact person for the company.
