Data Science Week 2017: The market is becoming more mature

On September 12-14, we will once again organize a large-scale event - Data Science Week 2017 .

Each time we design a program, we try to approach it from scratch in order to take into account some recent trends in this rapidly changing field and take into account its maturity.
We realized that once again listening to how data analysis is used, for example, in classical banking or on the Internet advertising market, is somehow uninteresting (although there is progress too), and decided to take the industry, which is not so much public interesting cases - real estate and everything connected with it - and dedicate an entire evening to her.

The second day, September 13, decided to make more technical. Over these 2.5 years, we, New Professions Lab, have also become more mature. During this time, we already had about 250 graduates of Big Data and Deep Learning programs. Plus a large network of teachers. And we thought, why don't we make our own meeting, where only those who are somehow connected with us in educational activities will be speakers. As a result, the program looks like this for now:


In previous years, the largest players on the labor market solved the difficult task of recruiting personnel in the field of working with data and organizing effective teams from them.
