Why did you get the idea to switch to Telegram?

Chatting in WhatsApp spontaneously. Although their number reached 25 for the most involved employees, they sometimes discussed everything in special chat rooms. Important messages drowned in the comments.
The idea was this: to divide the chat rooms into information channels (one-way communication) for individual professional issues. Chats for shopping are divided not only by topic, as it was before (one chat - one topic), but also shopping (one chat - one topic - one shop).
Thus, the number of chats increased, but the number of messages in them decreased.
Nobody had a professional experience of using Telegram, but his possibilities were intriguing. By professional use I mean
- the difference of devices
- great importance of stability
- variety of content types
- a large number of chats, channels, groups and supergroups

Of the difficulties found in a week:
- Some have no contact list.
- Someone had no important groups in the chat list, although the person was a member of it.
When studying the facts, it became known that in all cases of technical problems a non-original product was used.
- Instead of the web version web.telegram.org (official), web.telegram.org.ru (extraneous program) was used.
- Instead of the official program from the app store, the following substitutes were installed: “Telegram in Russian”, “Pechkin Telegram Russian”, etc.
Another type of problem:
In certain groups there is an exchange of messages of the type: name of the contact person, address, telephone number, some other clarifying information. It was found that Android phones do not underline numbers starting with 8 instead of +7. Moreover, if the message contains more than 199 characters (found empirically), the number is not underlined even if it starts with +7. In both cases, there are no problems with the iPhone. This is a huge inconvenience.
