SCO goes to court again
The SCO Group, a company that was widely known for its lawsuits with IBM about allegedly having patents on many components of Linux OS, after a long break, again announced itself with a loud lawsuit against blogger Pamela Jones.
For three and a half years, Pamela has been reviewing all SCO lawsuits in her articles on the Groklaw blog, conducting their legal analysis and trying to get to the roots of such aggressive behavior. In the blogosphere, and especially among the open source community, it has long become a real celebrity and has a very wide audience.
