ReactOS hackfest will be devoted to intensive work to improve the performance of the operating system. Much attention will be paid to testing various USB-devices. If you are interested in how the previous hackfest went, then we recommend that you read the report on the 2015 event .

Developers such as Colin Finck, Eric Kohl, Giannis Adamopoulos, Mark Jansen, Thomas Faber, Victor Martinez, Timo Kreuzer have already confirmed their participation.

The list of participants and ideas for the hackfest is constantly updated on the second wiki page .

Participants pay for their own travel to the venue of the event. However, in exceptional cases that are not directly related to a trip to the hackfest, the Fund may partially or fully cover the costs of the participant, which is subject to individual discussion. The fund, however, pays for the accommodation for the participants at the time of the hackfest, if they agree on the option of accommodation in the hostel .

If a potential participant applies in advance, that is, right now, the Foundation can provide reference and information support, organize a joint transfer from the airport and stay at the hostel together with all participants, which will significantly reduce costs. You can participate in the hackfest remotely, as well as a series of live broadcasts from the thick of events.
