How to refactor 2 500 000 lines of code and not go crazy

On June 5, 2017 at RIT, I told a report about how we refactor our huge client application by 2,500,000 lines of code.

I recently received a record of the speech. I think that this video may be useful to someone, so I asked Oleg Bunin for permission to put it in open access. He agreed. I hope you will be interested. In any case, I will be glad to any comments.
