The first thing here is to be this: without going into the qualitative and quantitative details of the interaction of mankind with everything that lies inside and outside of it, select two semantic camps:
- the person communicates with the person
- the person communicates with the machine
Communication with a person is our historical and revolutionary stage, even if you communicate with a nasty person.
Poor communication is not such a rarity, given the complexity of human nature and the countless dark corners in which we sometimes look with such interest. A highly developed, highly intellectual modernity offers many ways to feel like nothing. Human communication comes first. Of course, on the other hand, it is also the source of all the greatest and brightest things for man, but about this in another place. Communication with the machine is another stage of the revolution. It needs a parallel, and it is easy to find. This is the same category as communicating with a person ... following the interface specialists, now let's say that. And this communication can also be bad, providing the status of nothingness. It can also annoy, interfere, waste energy and cause nasty emotions, make them curse themselves. And it can be changed. It is good that modern interfaces of automation systems are created mainly by young specialists who have modern views, who do not so much drag out the abyss of experimental accumulation.

Did I manage to create a high degree of responsibility? But he certainly is. There is so much in the hands of designers: they have power over human emotions, their well-being, self-perception, their pride and significance, self-disposition of spirit and moral mood. Over their physical health, they also have power. Reluctantly, but add: albeit partially.
Enough bad communication with people! Machines should behave better too. They should be more polite than some people. Ok, simple: they must be polite. It is dangerous to spread the behavior of some people to the behavior of machines. But this often happens. The world of people is not without defects, and the world of machines can be made as such, since these are the creations of human hands. Comparing human and machine interfaces is of high importance. It is easy to imagine a person instead of a car and imagine what a person should be in order to please you. Polite? Courteous? Consistent?
