Business planning is the process of defining goals and ways to achieve market success.

A roadmap is a document about what and when we do in order to achieve our desired future.
Well, the most important components for creating a game are money, time and people.')

Do you need a business plan? And if so, why? How can you logically come to the answer?
To do this, you must first have an idea. Then you should evaluate your own strengths (let's call them resources, this is the most correct term) and understand whether they are enough to achieve your goal. If something is missing, you must find the missing resources. It is important to know that if you are joined by people who will help you achieve your goals, then how and when will you return the investment to them and how will you then go away and share money, fame.
Including for this purpose the business plan in which all main points will be registered is made.

Development of the game usually lasts long enough, it happens that people lose their goals and motivation. In such cases, the business plan helps a lot.
Targets and goalsThe business plan of your game serves two main purposes.- It gives the investor an answer to the question whether it is worth investing resources in this project.
- Serves as a source of information for those directly implementing the game.
A business plan helps to solve the following tasks:- Identify the markets . This item is not the first in vain - everything else depends on it
- Long-term and short-term goals
- Responsible . It is very important in the business plan to determine the area of ​​responsibility of each participant.
- Basic KPI . Here you can write any KPI that is important to you personally or to investors.
- The cost of developing the game . It always consists of many things. This must be taken into account and have some reserves.
- Relevance of existing personnel and their motivation . Always remember that the main responsibility lies with you as the business creator.
- Marketing events
- Assessment of financial and financial situation
- Risks . You definitely do not have enough in the development process. Try to anticipate this in advance.

There are visible personnel risks, and there are those that are hidden. In the example in the picture there is a problem: no one knows how to balance the game. There is also a less obvious one: only the employee number 5 can do the fill of the build. This means that if you get some critical bug, no one else can fix it. If this is an outsourced person, you need to teach someone else to do it.
Risks
Force majeure risks are things that cannot be foreseen. For such risks, it is useful to immediately put a reserve amount - a conditional $ 10,000 or 10% of the budget.Examples of risks with the release of the game:
