It is assumed that the confidential data in this dump was illegally copied from Microsoft’s internal storage around March 2017.
According to the reports of people who had time to familiarize themselves with the materials of the impressive archive, the leaked source codes in it belong to Microsoft's Shared Source Kit. This set includes the sources for the basic Windows 10 drivers, Wi-Fi, USB and PnP stacks, storage drivers and the ARM version of the OneCore core.
