I don’t remember whether I wrote or not, but about 2 months ago my iPaq 4700 failed. Then I took it to a service center, where it was accepted without any problems. In a piece of paper that they gave me in return for the device, it was said that the repair period is 20 days + time for the supply of spare parts. This time was not stipulated, which confused me, but relying on the name of a large company, I decided not to worry too much. After 25 days, I called the service to find out if the device could be taken, but I was informed that the parts had not yet arrived. In general, I called so many times, almost 2 months have passed and I started to get it all. Having called once again and having heard that "spare parts have not yet arrived," he took the question seriously. He consulted with a friend who sent me quite interesting excerpts from the law on consumer rights. The main idea is that if the repair lasts more than 3 days, the company is obliged to give me a similar device for the period of repair, and the delivery should take over. Every day overdue on their part is punishable by a fine of 1% of the cost of the device. I wrote to all HP addresses that I found malicious letters on the Internet with my claim and the threat to go to court. Less than a day they called me and said that the device was ready. Tomorrow I'm going to take food and I think whether to demand money from them for late payment :)
