Internet connectivity is back to normal in China

The repair of undersea cables damaged by the Taipei earthquake has been completed, according to RIA Novosti . All the problems of Internet connection that have arisen until recently in Hong Kong and several regions of China have been resolved. Cable recovery took longer than expected, because weather conditions did not contribute to this.

“According to local telecommunications operators, the Internet connection between Hong Kong and the rest of the world has been fully restored,” the administration of the Hong Kong region said.
