Innovation and high-performance communication channels require an effort from the manager ... to push them upstairs and protect the authorities on the carpet. 80% of modern advertising managers (we take Peter) will not do this, just because they are lazy. It is better to hang another pair of hauling on the way the director to work :). And only when the rooster bites (read, the bosses will find time to see the activities of the advertising department or receive an interesting proposal to promote their offspring) will begin to move. But it will be too late.

An example from practice. We managed to reach the director of a construction company, after both the advertising manager and the commercial director refused any offer on any pretext. We offered an original advertising solution. Two days later, the work was launched, and the manager and the commercial, as far as I know, no longer work in this company (laid off for lack of initiative).
