4YFN Barcelona 2017 is over: things are packed, stands are dismantled and advertising materials are collected. Now it's time for two important tasks: to connect with potential customers and to summarize the information that we heard during the event.
We would like to share with you four hot tips on business, which we mainly heard, communicating with more than a thousand participants during the conference.
1. Minimum Viable Product is no longer interesting to anyone.
Are you going to launch a new web or mobile app? Instead of creating a minimum viable product (MVP), determine the riskiest assumption and test it (RAT). Replacing MVP with RAT will help you avoid headaches, find sponsors and partners, and also make the first positive impression on end users.

2. The people who said yes to you were the same people who eventually said no.
Your audience is not as homogeneous as you think. If someone told you that “this next big thing will break the market” is in no hurry to develop it. Start your idea with a focus group so you can run tests on a prototype or hire people around the world to test your idea.
3. Do not speak German or do not know Hebrew? This is normal, because code is a universal language.
Developers and testers from different parts of the world can still collaborate, even if they don’t speak the same language. All you need is a good development team and a tool to help you cope with the process.
4. The imitators have no place.
Forget about copying "from A to Z". best practices in your field. You will never get results that are similar or even close to the results obtained by the best players. Analyze your unique offer and organize its A / B testing.
