Belarusian portal TUT.BY opened its own blog service

The Belarusian portal TUT.BY has opened blogs under its roof. The creators decided not to overwork themselves by writing their own management system and took the popular WordPress engine as a basis. As in the Tutbayev forums, blogs prohibit speaking ill of President Lukashenko and discrediting the country in the eyes of foreigners (about the political, economic, social, military or international position of the Republic of Belarus).
