As recently as my colleagues and colleagues, a poorly connected device was calculated with the goal of disconnecting the port on the switch for educational purposes.

Why not count in percents? Let's feel like British scientists! Note how many obviously “funny” OUI (+) are in Venodor and how many are “sad” (-) (in them, however, all is not lost there will also be some “funny” MAC addresses. We cut off those that have 5 address ranges and get:
UB - the first place with a huge margin (along the way they are familiar with the idea!)
H3C - second place (!).
The list clearly dragged on to capture at least one more well-known manufacturer of network equipment of the mass segment (D-Link).
