Therefore, I decided to create a separate topic for discussion, and here is my vision and proposal for resolving the problem:

1. By publishing a text or habratopic, you essentially become hostages of those several habrauers who are the first to read your habratopeque or text — because if they don’t like it, their minuses can easily grow your material (not to mention personal karma) and the vast majority (for those who watch only the announcements on the main page and do not look at the lists of abunded materials) your words and thoughts in fact will not be available at all ...

2. Perhaps, if more people had time to see your material - with a general vote, the minuses of the first ones would be offset by the advantages of the second, thus not driving you into a minus ...

3. Hence the proposal - to establish a time lag for the publication of materials, only after the expiration of which it is already possible to hack or otbyvat materials based on the assessment obtained - i.e. the principle remains the same, only a period of guaranteed publication appears ...
