Hack for Skype improves video chat resolution

Those who are not satisfied with the standard Skype video chat resolution (320 x 240 pixels) and who have a “thick” Internet channel can try to patch their software clients and increase the resolution to 640 x 480 pixels. This writes Engadget.com .

You can read the instructions for using the patch for PC and Mac on the Skype website. The developers warn that the experimental update should be installed on both subscribers, otherwise it will not work.
