• "The use of fuzzy duplicate search algorithms in the search for vacancies"

Dmitry Cojocari, senior developer of Superjob , will talk about the experience of creating an effective algorithm for finding fuzzy duplicates among a large number of semi-structured text records. The report discusses the use of functions from the family locality-sensitive hashing with additional optimizations for identifying similar vacancies and their subsequent clustering.

Maxim Savchenko, Head of Model Development at the Sberbank Technologies Research and Development Center of Competence , will talk about the development of HRM models using advanced regression analysis using the example of Sberbank, the problems of integrating analytics into the business environment and prospects for using Social Data Science.

• "The practice of machine learning: issues and problems when working on an ML-project"

Evgeny Grigorenko, an expert on strategic technologies at Microsoft , will share his accumulated experience in building ML solutions, point out frequently missed questions, and tell about the successful development from scratch and the implementation of a research project in the field of practical medicine.
