"Clock Signal Component Issue" or again a massive marriage in Cisco devices

A few years ago, JDima wrote about a marriage at one of the suppliers of memory for Cisco network devices, leading to their early demise.

Now a problem has been discovered with the Clock Signal Component component, which may fail prematurely after 18 months of operation and the device will stop loading.

Update: Judging by the similar symptoms, the source of the problem was a bug in the Intel Atom C2000 and not only Cisco customers will have to change hardware.
