The revival of the IT-questionnaire or how to follow the questions toster and stackoverflow v2

A year has passed since the launch of the IT questionnaire , but he did not work for a long time, about a couple of months. It was one of the most active channels of PushAll, many users received questions over 100+ per day and clicked on the big ones.

Answering questions all were in the black:

  1. Those who ask - immediately get an answer.
  2. Service owners get more traffic and more issues resolved.
  3. The one who answered first - received their achievements in services.

For a long time I tried to contact the creator of the IT questionnaire, it came out only to get through this month. As a result, a day after our communication, the fluffs began to come again.

But what has changed in this year when using the IT questionnaire?

Too lazy to read the article: subscribe to the channel of the IT questionnaire in PushAll and set up tags in the control panel of the IT questionnaire (after subscribing to the channel, redirect to the panel)

What is it and how to use it

Let me remind you that the IT questionnaire is a microservice allowing you to receive notifications about the release of new questions on Toster and Stackoverflow (ru, en) by selecting the necessary tags. What in theory will give you an advantage in quick response to the response.

We go through the Google-account, subscribe to the channel through PushAll and choose the tags you need.

Do not forget to add the necessary ways to receive notifications.

What has changed the use of the IT questionnaire for the year?

We have released an updated Android application with notification grouping. This means that no matter how many alerts you receive about new issues, they will all be grouped together.

Also added is a history where you can view all incoming notifications and open them.

There are similar changes in the iOS version.

I also want to remind you how it looks in the browser.

And the story:

I will not describe all the methods. But if you want, you can receive notifications in Safari, Firefox, Yandex browser, Telegram , Email (in grouped packages with adjustable frequency. Some have managed to set up work in Vivaldi, Opera, and even forgive me in Amigo.

We described how it looks on iOS, Android and Chrome for a reason. We collected statistics for the last 2 weeks and among the 950 devices added, we received that 70% of users receive notifications using these methods.

If we take the statistics for all the time, then about 60% on 33214 devices

Results

The IT questionnaire is an excellent microservice (even if a huge list of tags is pretty badly buggy) and is well complemented by the same AdminVK for activity. Although the latter currently has 408 active users who receive 13,000 notifications per day (30 notifications per person!)

These microservices are the best examples of how you can make useful utilities for everyday work based on PushAll.

In our catalog there is even a small section with channels that are either microservices or send smart targeted notifications to perform certain functions. We are looking forward to adding new microservices, it is not even necessary that they be free.
