Andrei has been working in marketing for a long time, but he has been working in IT for the last 8 years. What do you do in the company?

Most often, I am engaged in setting tasks for programmers and communicate with clients and partners.

Tense.

How many hours a day do you spend on work?

7-12 hours.

How many hours do you sleep?

5-7 hours, but sleep never gets a deep sleep almost absent.



How do you have breakfast?

Porridge in 99% of cases.

What are you doing on the way to / from work?

Time to work is 10 minutes by car. Sometimes I have time to listen to a part of the podcast.

What kind of todo-manager do you use personally?

Google Keep, because it is free and works offline.

What applications and services can't you do without?

Facebook

What kind of task manager / issue tracker / repository do you use in the company?

We have a wild mix of what is more convenient for customers - Trello, Basecamp, Asana, Slack, Github, Bitbucket.

What other tools and software do you use at work?

Chrome - 99%.

Does the company have internal projects?

Yes, there are internal projects. This is even a small gaming unit, which is now in an abandoned state - dojo-game.com .

What annoys you most when you work?

Edits from customers who harm the project.

What professional literature would you recommend?

All new books about Agile \ Scrum.

What do you prefer: electronic reading rooms or paper books?

Electronic and even audio, if any.

What technique and why do you prefer at work and at home?

I work involuntarily using a MacBook Pro, but at home I have Windows 10 Pro.

What do you listen when you work?

I do not listen to music at work.

Which life hack allows you to be more efficient?

I try to stick to the planned schedule that I write every morning.

What kind of professional advice for the future can you give yourself?

Learn more new technologies that can speed up your workflow.

What would you recommend to a person trying to go the same way?

I would recommend reading about the failures of other IT companies. Good cases are written about so much, but the stories of failure are rare, and there is much more interesting and useful information.
