GHF programmer

Don't you need a GHF programmer? Yandex says that this is a very progressive technology and even there are people owning it.
But neither Yandex nor Google knows anything about it. Apparently this is a way to attract traffic to the site www.wmz-portal.ru , which already does not open. Disgusting of course, if so.
