I want to talk to you, Megaphone, about such a topic as advertising. More precisely, on the regulatory document No. 38-FZ, Chapter 2, Article 18.
I do not remember, dear Megaphone, so that I insert the codes of your advertising banners into the code of the sites that I am developing. Moreover, I don’t remember that I agree that you yourself insert them into the traffic going to my mobile devices from these and any other sites. And I didn’t even give a simple consent to display ads on mobile devices.
So why are you, dear Megaphone, forcing me to watch this ad even when I open the developer tools in the desktop browser just to test a website?
