We are introducing a new service on
“My Circle” - access to the database of IT specialists’s resumes. First of all, this service is addressed to those who prefer not so much to post vacancies and wait for responses, how to search for the necessary specialists on their own and make them job offers personally.
Previously, access to the database of the “My Circle” summary was possible only by posting a vacancy. For professional recruiters, this caused some inconvenience: for example, not all companies want to post their vacancies in public; job vacancies placed by recruitment agencies applicants do not respond as readily as vacancies from direct employers; there are many recruiters working individually, and not on behalf of a recruiting agency or company, etc.
Now these inconveniences can be easily overcome by gaining access to the resume database directly, without placing vacancies.
The access to the resume database service works as follows:')
- Access is acquired on the entire database of specialists entirely.
- To use the service, you must be the curator of a company on My Circle. Access to the database you get on behalf of this company. After the acquisition, access is obtained by all curators of this company.
- If you already have access to the resume database for a certain period, you can at any time purchase additional days for it.
- Each posted job offers one additional free day of access to the resume database.
New search capabilities in the database of resume:- Look for only those professionals who have indicated work experience, education, expected salary.
- Search for specialists in several specified cities, companies or educational institutions.
- Exclude from the search for cities, companies or educational institutions, of which you do not really need specialists.
- Specify exactly which fields to search for: by the name of the specialist, his specialization or skills.
How it was and how it becameTo this day, we had a
bonus program , according to which the placement of one vacancy gave us monthly access to the resume database. Now the placement of one vacancy gives one day access. To gain access for a longer period, you need to purchase access separately or place more vacancies.
For each job, we used a special algorithm to select
suitable specialists for the skills and display them all on the job page. In addition, we made a part of these specialists a mailing list about a suitable vacancy. All this remains a free bonus when posting a job and now.
Also, as before, we
extend free of charge vacancies that have remained unanswered.
