After ten years of development, the first millimeter turbine, created by MIT researchers, should be operational by the end of this summer.
This turbine will allow you to create smaller in size and more capacious sources of energy than the existing at the moment. In addition, the turbine will be the basis for tiny, but powerful engines that will be used in various fields, ranging from miniature unmanned aerial vehicles to children's toys. Further development of such technologies will allow in the distant future to use large arrays of such engines for the construction of clean, quiet and efficient power plants.
