Google gets rid of private clients in Russia

Yesterday I received a letter from Google saying:
Good day!

You received this message because you are using the Google Cloud Platform, Firebase or API. We’re notifying you of the change in Google Cloud services that will affect your account.

Starting December 7, 2016, the Google Cloud Platform, Firebase and API services can be used in Russia only for commercial purposes. In this regard, on December 7, 2016, your account type will be changed to a legal entity instead of an individual.
')
Account type "Legal entity" means that you use it for commercial purposes. The owner of such an account may be a commercial organization, affiliate, sole proprietorship, or partnership.

We will not include VAT in payments on your account, and you will need to independently calculate the amount of tax at a rate established in Russia.

If you use Google Cloud Platform, Firebase and API services for non-commercial purposes, you should stop using them until December 7, 2016. To do this, you need to turn off the payment for all projects. Read more about the changes in the Help Center.

If you have questions, please contact Google Cloud support or your account manager.

For me, as a Google Container Engine user, this first of all means “come on, take your projects in your arms and leave.”

It also turns out that if I want to use any APIs from Google, for example, Google Maps API and YouTube APIs that are interesting to me, then for this I will need to at least issue an IP. Somehow it is strange, maybe I misunderstood something, can anyone explain? .. Also urgently looking for a new cloud for my docker / kubernetes containers ...

PS: It was wrong to post a short version of the letter, laid out the full one.
