about the author
Blah blah blah look at me
Pretend it was written by someone else.
Heather Bradley is a designer, illustrator, creative strategist, spontaneous copywriter, former New Yorker, Homo sapiens, etc., not interesting enough to list. She created digital products, engaged in editorial content and marketing campaigns before the advent of the World Wide Web. Yes, Heather is so old!
')
She was the creative director of such giants as the comedy empire of the Cheezburger Network (the creator of Lolcat, FAIL and other projects designed to waste working time on them), gURL website for alternative teenagers and iVillage adult lady website. Her work came out in the mobile version of Comedy Central, on the resources of Funny or Die and Memebase. She was an associate professor of graphic design at the School of Vocational Education at the University of New York, a mentor for young designers at Eyebeam, an illustrator for project 2776 (a humorous album created jointly with Will Fort, Aubrey Place and Paul F. Tompkins), as well as his comic book more funny sister Erin Bradley.
Heather is a graduate of the University of Michigan, School of Visual Arts and a proud fugitive from the training center of the comic improvisation of Second City Imrov. She currently lives in Seattle with her husband Nathan Campbell (spnfngr.com) and microscopic dogs Pixel and Micron (they don't have a website of their own). In her free time, she preaches the principles of humorous design in funny and exotic places like Fargo and North Dakota. Heather's greatest achievement was that one day her work was retweeted by Pee Wee Herman.
