Often there are situations when company employees come to a system administrator or a technical support service and say that they have changed some data in 1C or operating system settings ... and forgot what they are.
There are two standard solutions to this situation:
')
- Analysis of journals (if any), to understand what has been changed.
- Restore data from backup.
The first option may take a lot of time, and not all changes are placed in the logs. The second option to realize even longer, besides the restoration may be lost fresh changes.
Therefore, I would like to propose a simple and effective way using an additional tool.
The Kickidler Employee Monitoring System records all activities of all employees of the organization on video. So this video is enough to view to understand what has been changed.
So let's imagine that Kickidler is already implemented in your company. If this is not the case, the
installation will take less than an hour. An upset accountant calls you and reports that today he changed the data in 1C, but at that moment he was distracted. Then he closed 1C and no longer remembers what he changed. It is time to save the accountant.
Step 1
Run the Kickidler viewer (client). It looks something like this and shows what is currently happening on user screens.

Step 2
We find out from the accountant how much approximately he changed the data. Click on the “History” button at the top of the window and get this dialog box.

We choose an accountant from the list of employees and indicate the time range we need.
Step 3
The video of the employee’s work for the specified time period is loaded. Click on the button with a triangle and watch a movie about accounting life. Sooner or later (depending on the accuracy of the indication of the time moment) you will see the moment of the data change. If this moment does not come, then the playback speed can be increased, as on a regular video player.

Step 4
You can tell the accountant about what information he needs to correct and make him happy. Or you can connect yourself to his PC and do all the work for it.
Right on the main screen, right-click on the employee you are interested in, select “Management” and then everything as in TeamViewer ...

That's all. As you can see cost a little blood, without logs and backup. So the system administrator has time for a favorite book.
