The main task of the PVS-Studio team is to work on a static code analyzer. Yes, the work of a programmer cannot be called an endless holiday, but this does not mean that the working life of our team is an 8-hour sitting at a computer. This article is about how we combine the pleasant with the useful, namely, we realize our creative ideas and make attempts to conquer the Internet of the world.
No stereotypes
A programmer is a profession that many people associate with the image of a bearded man dressed in a stretched sweater tucked into jeans, a male person of uncertain age. He invariably drinks coffee and is not talkative.

First of all, let me remind you - our company logo is a unicorn roaming with a rainbow. Andrei Karpov, technical director, is often asked: why such a logo? And, although he is a programmer, he does not give any logical explanation, his answer is simple: “The picture is funny and it is well remembered!” Once the picture is funny, you need to match. And we started creative.
We decided to keep up with fashion and started Instagram. We try to keep within the framework of the general concept of a photo, therefore we do not abuse screenshots of the code and photos of computers. What is interesting about the pvsstudio user feed? Excerpts from articles published on our blog, funny pictures, many, many unicorns, as part of the support campaign for the PVS-Studio Linux version - penguins, evil bugs, and occasionally - vanilla seals.

Photos are good and fun, but all the ideas are not implemented in this way. The idea of ​​creating a YouTube channel in our heads was born a long time ago, but there was no time (desire, mood, location of stars in a certain way and other important components). But, as the famous British billionaire, founder of the Virgin Group, Richard Branson, says: “To hell with everything! Fight and do! ”
