Verisign spends $ 100 million to improve DNS

VeriSign is going to spend $ 100 million to improve the existing DNS infrastructure and make the servers ten times more resistant to various kinds of attacks, InfoWorld writes.

As part of the Titan project, VeriSign plans, firstly, to increase the bandwidth of servers from 20 to 200 Gbit / s, and secondly, to increase the number of places where DNS servers will stand, to a hundred.
