Graffiti for God (graffiti for God) uses Google
maps to display “blank canvases” (flat roofs) for graffiti artists who want their work to be seen from above.
The site explains:
“The idea to paint the roofs of graffiti was inspired by Wax + and Nemo, which can already be seen on Google Maps in the center of Berlin. In the Middle Ages, Jerusalem often acted as the geographical center of maps, and God, as a heavenly observer. These places are the center of "graffiti for God".

Existing inscriptions on roofs, and other places that deserve attention, are marked. Police stations, hospitals, religious institutions and protected objects are also marked - apparently, these are places where you would not want to be caught with a can in your hand.
The non-virtual part of the project was shown in Berlin last year, the online version now allows everyone to participate in the project “graffiti for God”
