Habragolik by habrayuzer Semenov. Modification.

Thanks Semenov 'u for the expansion of "Habragolik" for FF.
Made a small modification: now the panel shows indicators in the form of a red / green arrow, indicating a decrease / increase in karma / rating since the last update.
