• PHP 7.1.0 RC 2 - The second release candidate is scheduled. In the meantime, a migration guide is available from 7.0 to 7.1 .
• PHP 5.6.26 , PHP 7.0.11 - Updates on current branches with fixes for security issues. 6 vulnerabilities are closed, as well as a number of other errors.
• HHVM 3.15 - Fresh LTS release of an alternative PHP virtual machine. Added extensions shmop, pg-sql, and scrypt, as well as improved garbage collection, overall performance and bugs fixed.
• Behat 3.2.0 - Updating the popular BDD framework.

Php

• RFC: Namespace-scoped declares - Strong type checking has been added to PHP 7.0, but enabling this feature involves adding the declare (strict_types=1); line declare (strict_types=1); in each file. Now it is proposed to make it possible to declare severity at the level of namespaces:
