Hitachi has unveiled a prototype brain-computer interface.
The interface is equipped with eight pairs of laser / optical sensor for measuring the activity of the frontal lobe of the cerebral cortex in the hoop worn on the head. The company has made a small and easy-to-use device based on medical equipment. The cost of the device is about 840,000 US dollars.
