Does anyone have experience in outsourcing web development processes?

There is an idea in collaboration with Habralyudmi to write an article on outsourcing in the web development cycle.

Already outlined the concept and structure of the article. We need a project manager who has experience working with remote workers (both in the form of private freelancers and web studios).
