C, mm, n - the first car "open source"

See, here it is - the first car with open source (open-source). Awkwardly nicknamed “c, mm, n” (reads “common”) the car was unveiled at the AutoRAI show in Amsterdam.

The project was created in the Dutch Society for the Protection of Nature and the Environment in collaboration with the universities of Eindhoven, Enschede and Delft.
What is the "openness" of c, mm, n? The entire structure of the car (specifications, drawings, etc.) are available on the Internet. The creators of the car hope that people will adapt it to their needs and desires, with the only condition that they will have to make their modifications available to the entire community.
C, mm, n was designed as an environmentally-friendly, family-friendly hydrogen-powered vehicle with an advanced satellite navigation system featuring traffic and parking availability.
Competitors are developing another open source car, OScar, but it is still at an early conceptual stage.
