Companies that create products in the field of marketing and advertising will talk about what data can be collected about customers and how they can be used to increase customer satisfaction and profit growth. Experts will pay attention to creating personalized offers, developing recommender systems, and client-based data services.
Day 2. Big Data - Internal OptimizationThe second day will be devoted to everything related to the internal optimization of the business. Companies from different industries will share their experience on how they were able to reduce personnel costs, reduce production risks, reduce fraud, and increase productivity. Business representatives will talk about the use of predictive models, the difficulties faced from the data collection stage to the implementation of the final models in production.
