Changing votes for texts / topics / comments

I want to be able to change my voice in the evaluation of texts, topics, comments. Or at least just texts and topics. You can even enter a temporary and quantitative restriction of changes. Ie, for example, you can change only once and only for xx minutes.

It often happens that I miss the arrow and instead of “for” I vote “against”. It still happens that the first opinion about the text / topic is deceptive and after reading it again or after reading comments to it, the opinion changes.
